Kamaboko-Making Workshop for Elementary School Students

June 27, 2018

We usually host factory tours for elementary school social studies classes, but this time we will hold a hands-on kamaboko-making workshop for children.

Certified by the government as a “Craftsmanship Meister,” our master craftsman Junsei Uemura will guide participants through the process.
Unlike typical workshops that use softened surimi mixed with water, we use the real surimi used in our production line.
This requires significant strength but offers an authentic kamaboko-making experience.
