This Satsuma-age is made using fish caught in Sagami Bay, wrapped in natural bamboo skin to enhance its flavor and aroma.
It is delicious as is, without heating.
You can also enjoy it lightly grilled with ginger soy sauce, simmered with seasonal vegetables such as daikon, or added to oden.
