This is our finest datemaki, crafted with simple ingredients to achieve the highest quality.
It features a silky, delicate texture and a clean, elegant sweetness — with no chemical seasonings added.

The secret lies in “fish, eggs, and hand-grilling.”
We use 100% fresh guchi fish, traditionally used in high-quality kamaboko.
Eggs are cracked fresh in-house on the day of preparation.

The mixture is carefully kneaded using a stone mill, then each roll is hand-grilled one by one using traditional methods.
Because we prioritize quality and craftsmanship over volume, production is limited.
