Sweet and gentle, egg-rich kamaboko
Kimimaki is made by wrapping a blend of peas and hijiki seaweed in surimi mixed with plenty of steamed egg yolk.
When sliced, the bright yellow center resembles a blooming flower, adding color to any dish.
Its mildly sweet flavor makes it popular with all generations.
Simply slice into 1 cm rounds and serve as is.
