Kakuyaki is made using the same natural fresh white croaker (guchi) as our Itatsuki Kamaboko and is carefully grilled on both sides.
At Yamajou Kamaboko, we focus on the quality of our fish to bring out the best flavor. Kakuyaki is no exception. We use premium, natural white croaker and grill each piece by hand to enhance its rich taste.
The savory aroma from the grill and the springy bite of the fish cake come together in perfect harmony. A true delicacy.
